Our beds are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on our logistics partners. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union.

Are delivery costs included?
No, delivery costs are added automatically when you order, depending on your delivery country.
Can I pick up my bed on site (Belgium)?
Yes, if you are based in Belgium, you can pick up your bed directly from our warehouse. Contact us in advance to arrange collection.

Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change by contacting us promptly at contact@maydreamworld.com .
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your delivery in real time.
What should I do if I haven't received my bed?
If your order exceeds the announced deadline, contact us at contact@maydreamworld.com . We will check the situation with our carrier.
What should I do if my bed arrives damaged?
We take great care when packaging. However, if your bed arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with our carrier to resolve the problem.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer 3-time payment options with no fees via Klarna/Shopify Payments (depending on availability in your country).

How to use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout, the discount will be applied automatically.
In what currency can I pay?
Our prices are displayed in euros (€) . Your bank will apply a conversion if you pay in another currency.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I turn my bed?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return your bed if it does not suit you. Please see our Delivery Information and Returns Policy for more details.
What are the return deadlines?
Once your request has been validated, you must return the product to us within 14 days .
Who covers the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, as each bed is carefully checked before shipping.
